Every email sent from the console as site@ or demo@. Sent means our mail server accepted it. If the other side refuses it, the console reads the bounce notice from that mailbox every ~10 minutes and shows NOT DELIVERED with the reason. “Copy filed” means it is also in that mailbox's Sent folder.

The demo space itself is still made by hand. Create the demo company on your demo server, then type its address, username and password when you approve — the console emails them, starts the clock, tracks the days, and reminds you. Making the space automatically (and seeing who signed in) is the next step.

Built from each installation's nightly report · nothing here is customer data
🎯
This page should be boring. The “Needs you” list only shows installations that broke one of your rules.
Each night a server reports just four numbers — last backup (time and success), free disk, serious errors last night,
failed background jobs — plus its version. Never names, amounts, projects or messages.

One row per fault, however many companies hit it · grouped by fingerprint
🧮
19 errors across 6 companies is one row, not nineteen. Every error carries a fingerprint —
a signature of the fault itself — so the same fault in different companies stacks up into a single
line with a count. That count is what tells you what to fix first.

2 waiting for you
📨
This is the one channel that reaches you from a customer's server. They write from
Settings → Talk to Projexin support; it arrives here with their version and any error code.
You only ever see what they chose to send — never their projects, files or messages.

Every message, every reply — kept for good. Nothing here is ever deleted, not even after a case is
resolved. It is your permanent, dated record of what was said to whom, safe to lean on later. It is backed up
every night alongside the rest of the console, and you can pull a full report of it any time with
Export report.
⚙️ Automatic replies & Telegram alerts
Every new conversation gets one automatic “we received your message” reply a few minutes after its
first message (so several quick messages in a row get just one). It is skipped if you have already answered.
Telegram alerts arrive for every customer message, reply, demo request and order — with optional quiet hours (still delivered, just silently).
How to work a message — the same four moves every time
Nothing to memorise. Every message is one of these.
① A question (“how do I…?”)Type the answer, press Send reply, then Resolve. Done.
② A real fault (has an error code / “it broke”)Reply “we’re on it”, press Send to Bugs — it becomes a tracked bug. Fix it, ship an update in Releases, come back and Resolve.
③ You need more from themAsk your question, press Send reply — status becomes Waiting on customer until they answer.
④ Not your problem to solve (their server / their staff)Explain kindly, point them the right way, and Resolve.
⏱️
One rule keeps this calm: reply to every new message within one working day, even if the reply is just “got it, looking into this now.” A customer who knows they’ve been heard waits happily; silence is what turns a small fault into an angry email.
Message a customer
Pick who to reach, write a short note — it appears inside their software, for the main admin only
📢
This is how you reach a customer without email. Your note travels down the same
secure check-in the software already makes to us — nothing new is opened, no address is needed.
It shows up as a calm banner at the top of the main admin's screen the next time they open Projexin
(so, the start of their working day). Only the company's main admin sees it — not their staff.
You will see a ✓ here once they have read it.
Write a new message
Keep it short and plain. This is best for friendly heads-ups — “an update is coming”, “thank you”, “planned maintenance Saturday”. For a fault a customer reported, use the Support inbox instead.

Marking an order "Paid" issues (or renews) the customer's licence automatically and writes
the invoice — nothing else to do afterward. The key is shown to you right here to hand over, and the
customer can always find it themselves under My account → Licence once you have. Online card payment
is not switched on yet, so every order today is confirmed by you after you've been paid another way.

Invitations
A private page for one invited person: copy its link or e-mail it, then follow what they do
✉️
How it works. Type the person's title, first name and last name and press Create. A private page with their name on it is made at
projexin.com/invite/… (the link can't be guessed and isn't found by Google). Copy the link or the ready-made message, or e-mail it from here.
When they open the page and ask for a demo, the request lands in Demo requests without any “confirm your e-mail” step — you approve it as usual,
and everything that happens is kept in their record here.
Products
Extras customers can add to their order on the website
🛒
These are the extras your customers see under “Anything extra?” when they order. The editions
(Standard, Pro, Premium) are fixed; everything you add here — training, extra set-up help, a priority-support
month — is yours to define. Give a price in US$, C$ or both: a customer only sees a product that has a price in
their currency. Switching a product off hides it without deleting it; orders already placed keep the name and
price they had.

🎯
Work it from the top. The longest-waiting registration is first. No scoring —
behavioural signals like time-on-screen need real usage telemetry from live demo installs,
which does not exist yet (see the Trials pane). Anything you know about how a demo actually
went, type it into that registration's usage note.

The space expires. The record does not. A demo login stops working after seven days and
the sample data can then be cleared out — but the entry below stays for good. When
somebody rings in November about the demo they took in March, you open their line and carry on
from where it stopped instead of starting again.

Site changes are made for you, not from a form in here. Tell your assistant what to change
on projexin.com — wording, a picture, the menu, a whole new section — and it edits the site's files
directly and ships the update. Nothing on the site can ever reach a customer's installation or their data.
